Well that’s it. My last run has been completed. Just the Marathon to go tomorrow. Super excited.
Strava tells me that I’ve done 3,008km leading up to today this year. For the last 3 months I’ve averaged 6 runs a week, covering 100km. The last 10 days I’ve been “tapering” which means you run less distance so you’re fresher for the race. It makes sense, but it’s superfrustrating, not running so hard and not running so long when you’ve become acustomed to it.
